Across healthcare, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms, I’ve led UX for large-scale environments serving hundreds of thousands of users and tens of thousands of engineers. My work sits at the intersection of backend architecture and human decision-making—translating constraints into coherent, role-based structures that scale.

I’m drawn to environments where complexity is structural, not cosmetic. Whether modernizing secure software supply chains, extending clinical systems beyond their defaults, or reframing enterprise architectures, I focus on aligning teams, workflows, and systems to improve clarity and delivery predictability over time. I work in the space between strategy and execution—where systems thinking, research rigor, and operational clarity come together to move organizations forward.
